Through initial discovery, we identified four major challenges:
Active property listings
Properties were often no longer available, reducing trust in platforms.
Static images failed to convey the true feel of a space, making decision-making difficult.
Users experienced delays, missed responses, and unclear next steps.
Design a modern real estate platform that makes property discovery fast, visual, personalized, and seamlessβfor both buyers and sellers.
We conducted interviews and surveys across buyers, sellers, and agents to understand behaviors, frustrations, and expectations.
Unlike competitors that optimize for one dimension, HomeFind integrates:

To guide the product, we defined core principles:
Make search smarter with personalized filters and map-based exploration.
Prioritize immersive property viewing through media-rich listings.
Ensure listings, availability, and communication are always up-to-date.
Enable instant, frictionless messaging between users and agents.
Design equally for buyers, sellers, and agentsβnot just one group.
We introduced multi-layered filters:

Created an interactive prototypes for key user journeys including: onboarding, first workout, 1st week usage, motivation drop (Critical Point), and retention
